Store Manager - Attractive Salary + Monthly Bonus
The successful candidate will possess an enthusiastic approach to their work with a real passion for retailing. You don’t need knowledge of lighting, but you will need a sales driven approach, excellent communication skills, good VM skills and a natural ability to motivate your team. Applicants must have previous retail management experience, preferably within a customer focused environment.
Your role will include:
- Maximising sales and profitability
- Achievement of Store KPI’s.
- Ensuring excellent customer service delivery from your team
- Overseeing of all store operations.
- Visual merchandising, promotional activity and replenishment.
- Control of Shrinkage
